Titles:
Traditional title sequence
Fade in of the first chase scene with the motorbikes
Sound bridge to link it all together

Representations:
Alex is a different social class to his class mates.
We can see clearly that he is middle class because of his accent, his smart appearence and the fact he has a housekeeper
The other pupils in the class clearly resent him and are most likely quite jelous of him.

The film opens with Alex's uncle (The secret agent) just pulling off on a bike and being chased by about four other man on similar bikes with huge explosions in the background. This adds a huge ammount of drama to the opening scene. From these first few seconds we can see that he is the typical secret agent: cool, calm, hardened, great sense of adventure and has lots of high-octane, supercharged adrenaline rushing chases. He gets hunted down by these other men(the baddies) and uses some flashy moves to escape them by hiding under a boat.(Yes...thats high tech i know) little do we know that he isnt really under there and adter they shoot throught the boat and lift it up to check that he is dead, he speeds off in a BMW away from the danger.

The next scene is him speening along in his car along a sharp mountain road while he is on the phone to his nephew(alex.) From nowhere the bikes are back on his trail, and he takes them out by firing a rocket at them from out of his car exhaust.
